FlyByAPIs runs flybyapis.com. Here’s what data we collect and what we do with it.
FlyByAPIs is operated by Oriol Martí, an independent developer based in Andorra la Vella, Andorra. For all data protection matters, I am the data controller responsible for the personal data processed on this site.

Contact form. When you message us through the form, we collect your name, email, and what you wrote. We use it to reply to you. The form is processed via Netlify Forms.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4. It tells us which pages people visit, roughly where they’re from (country or region), and what device they’re on. GA4 sets cookies (_ga, ga*) to distinguish visits over time. We use this to understand what’s working on the site and it doesn’t identify you personally.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs the standard stuff: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. Every website does this. We use it for security and to keep things running.
We don’t handle accounts, billing, or API keys. All of that is on RapidAPI, where our APIs are listed — including the SERP API , Amazon data API , Google Maps data API , Jobs Search API , Translator API , and Crunchbase data API . Anything you do there is covered by their privacy policy .
We don’t sell your data. We don’t send marketing emails.

Two types:
Contact form messages: until we’ve replied and don’t need them anymore. Server logs: for operational reasons (typically 30-90 days). Analytics data: Google retains this for 2 years by default.
If you’re in the EU, EEA, UK, or Andorra, applicable data protection law gives you the right to access, rectify, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@flybyapis.com or use the contact form. I’ll respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.
The site runs over HTTPS. We don’t store payment or account data.
